Do I own my website?
Yes. Your domain is registered in your own name, not mine, so you always control it. Once the build is paid for, the site is yours too. If you ever want to move it somewhere else, I’ll hand over the files.
How long does it take?
A Customized site takes about a week. Enterprise timelines depend on what’s included and are set in your quote. The biggest factor is usually how quickly I get your photos, prices and hours.
What’s included?
Every build is designed for phones first, with your existing logo (or a clean, text-based wordmark), a color theme, click-to-call, a map, your hours, basic search setup and rounds of changes before launch.
Every care plan includes hosting, SSL (the padlock in the browser), domain and DNS management, uptime monitoring, backups, security updates and unlimited minor text and image edits. Growth adds Google Business Profile management, a monthly report and regular local search tune-ups, and Partner also publishes up to 4 social media posts a month on 2 platforms using your photos, and adds your own app and new content every month. The price tables list everything plan by plan.
Can my site be in Spanish or Vietnamese?
Yes. I build sites in English, Spanish and Vietnamese, with an easy switch between languages.
Before launch, a native speaker (you, someone on your team or a reviewer you trust) reads and approves the translation.
Do I have to sign a contract?
Yes, a short one in plain English, so we both know exactly what’s included and what it costs. Builds are 50% to start and 50% before launch. Care plans can be canceled any time after 90 days with 30 days’ notice. The no-upfront-cost option is a 12-month agreement.
Can you get me to #1 on Google?
No one can honestly promise that, and I’d be wary of anyone who does. Google decides the rankings, and they change all the time.
What I can do is make sure your website and Google listing are complete, accurate, fast and easy to act on. That gives you the best chance of showing up, and of getting the call when you do.
